Timothy Haddican

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Haddican most recently was an initial member of RKI Exploration & Production. There, he held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations. The company began with no assets and quickly built extensive acreage positions in two world-class oil basins, the Permian Basin and the Powder River Basin.  While with RKI, Mr. Haddican built an operations group of more than 60 employees, which, at its peak activity level, operated 11 drilling rigs and more than 30,000 boe/d of net production.  In August of 2015, WPX Energy purchased the Permian Basin assets of RKI for $2.75 billion. Prior to RKI, Mr. Haddican held the position of Western Division Production Manager for Dominion E&P, where he oversaw a department of 180 employees with gross daily production of more than 500 Mmcf/d. Mr. Haddican also held the position of Reservoir Engineering Manager with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp and was responsible for the management of 1.8 Tcfe of reserves and over 1.0 Tcfe of successful acquisition projects. Mr. Haddican received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.

 

C. Andrew Jennings

Chief Financial Officer

Before coming to Red Bluff Resources, Mr. Jennings worked for RKI Exploration & Production where he served as Manager of Finance & Corporate Planning. While at RKI, Mr. Jennings was responsible for the Company’s strategic planning efforts, treasury functions, capital markets and lending activities, and mergers and acquisitions transaction execution. Prior to that, Mr. Jennings was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Global Natural Resources Group based in Houston where he focused on transaction advisory including mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Mr. Jennings began his career in energy with Halliburton and Baker Hughes, where we served in various engineering and management roles. Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

 

Craig Stephenson

Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Stephenson most recently worked at Range Resources as Vice President of Exploration for the Mid-Continent Division. Craig was responsible for building the companies St. Louis, Meramec and Granite Wash horizontal drilling programs. The division had a production CAGR of 40% from 2010 through 2014 and grew the division acreage position to approximately 360,000 net acres. Prior to Range, Craig held the position of Vice President of Mid-Continent Operations for Linn Energy. Craig was responsible for capital budgets up to $200MM per year and also implemented a horizontal drilling program in the Granite Wash. Craig has also held various management positions with Dominion E&P and Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp. Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University.

 

Brian Exline

Vice President of Land & Business Development

Brian came to Red Bluff from Chesapeake Energy Corporation where he was Vice President – A&D. In his fourteen plus years at Chesapeake, he was involved in the consummation of over 1,000 transactions totaling more than $15 billion in proceeds. Prior to Chesapeake, Brian worked for Samson Resources Company (Tulsa, OK) for fourteen years where he began his career in the oil & gas industry. At Samson, he held various positions in the A&D and Land groups. Brian’s experience is in the negotiation, preparation and interpretation of transactional documents, management of asset evaluation and due diligence efforts. He received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

 

Tom Divine

Vice President of Reservoir Engineering

Tom most recently worked at RKI Exploration & Production as the Manager of Corporate Reserves. Tom was responsible for both the Permian and Powder River basin reservoir engineering and asset management functions. Prior to RKI, Tom held various positions with Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Tom has also held various management positions with Palm-Cook Production Company, Seagate Technology and the Federal Aviation Administration. Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.

 

Brent Umberham

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Umberham most recently worked for RKI Exploration & Production as Vice President of Operations. While at RKI, Mr. Umberham led the Company’s drilling, completion and infrastructure activities; including the management of an 11-rig drilling campaign across two world-class oil basins. After the acquisition of RKI by WPX Energy, Mr. Umberham continued his role as Vice President of Operations for WPX’s newly acquired Permian Basin asset. Mr. Umberham has nearly 30 years of experience in oil & gas and has held positions in drilling, completion, and production engineering for various public and private companies. Brent is a registered professional engineer in the State of Oklahoma and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
